You ARE kidding aren't you??  Go to the store, buy a bunch of asparagus and use those big bands.  Or go to ALO or Whiplash and get one of their bands.
 
I too thought you were handmaking serious cases.

the Whiplash band holds the Minibox E and iPod Classic quite well; is a little smaller diameter than others.  May want to email them for the diameter of the band

My rig is HD800's A Lisa III XP and a Sony Walkman (YES Walkman) X1061, ridiculous enough for you? look in my profile there is a picture of the rig in it's case somewhere

I would like something VELCRO  one to the ther and to my hip...
 
Velcro with out glue all over the units..
Strap only on backsides maybe with come kind of Hook/Latch
 
I see it in a Dream :)

^ hey, you asked, as far as I know my rig is as bad as it gets, but when it gets right down to it, I usually just take my PA2V2 and my S639 with either Porta Pro's or CD2000's
