Used custom UM2 molds during a long 15+ hour flight. Initial reaction was that the thing was somewhat uncomfortable and it went in much deeper than the yellow or black foamies. After several hours the discomfort vanished. Isolation is excellent. The sound quality is superb. Easy to insert/remove after a bit of practice. I would recommend them to anyone looking for that extra something from your UM2s (or any other IEMs that have similar bore size as UM2s). Worth extra $100 - in my opinion yes.
