As stated above, my IEMs sound somewhat better when I tilt my head back. There are more highs, and the sound seams more lush overall. Any ideas what might be the cause of that? Is it normal?

The title reads custom iem's, so I would think the mold(s) were taken and made wrong..... or I could be wrong!!!

If you get a free reshell then try that first.

If that doesn't work maybe try making the molds with your head tilted and see how the IEMs made out of that fit properly with your head straight.
