What could be the best option for a custom IEM made in Europe?
And what about the best "value for the money"?

For the people living in Europe, ordering from US can make the shipping very expensive.

Import taxes can be nasty too, I got hit pretty hard importing my 1964-T, an extra 20% in taxes.
 
ACS is probably the most well known company in the UK.
