You know? That's not how they looked when I finished them. That's the crazy pants design from up thread.

Crazy pants? >: ( Hahahahaha. Truth be told it doesn't look overly garish, if you go for bright neon colours. :p

$300!  Hmm, Maybe HD850/900.

Which of the paints/textures is the most durable and least prone to chip?  I know white paint tends to be the hardest but not doing that.

Better yet, which would be the stock paint?  Solid, silver matte?

I like just a touch of a color on the all gloss black. Green or orange or blue accents. Just dreaming though!

Wait a minute... I distinctly remember hearing that Colorware replaces all the stock metal parts on whatever they sell with their own plastic instead of anodizing it or whatever. Why would anyone want plastic HD800s?

Nice! That's what I want (also dreaming). $300 is a heck of a lot though, couldn't you paint a car for that much money? Really.

Huh?? Isn't the HD800 already made of plastic in the first place?

It reminded me of putting custom paint on my car before the race in the Need For Speed video game. Something you can see but will most likely never touch!
