Right now I have the HD600s and Beyerdynamic DT 880 250 ohm pros which I recently bought.  I'm using E17+E9 but I'd like recommendations on amp/dac upgrades that would improve sound quality by a lot or at least a noticeable/significant amount.  Thanks.

Magni/modi or O2/Odac will be a significant, very very noticeable upgrade.

Asgard 2 or m matrix with Odac will be a huge upgrade, more than huge, night and day.

However with headphones of that level I would want a headphone amp of $300-600+ with a asus stx level or bit frost level dac

Bottlehead Crack for DT880, local people here who have tried the combination said that it's very sublime.

I'm thinking about getting Asgard 2 with Odac.  If I get those would I ever have to find upgrades again?  Also is the bifrost dac with USB worth spending $400+

Save some cash, get the ODAC for now, wait a year and then buy the Bifrost as the next DAC upgrade.
