Yeah, it is something worth mentioningBut, at the same time, you don't have to worry about health insurance and tuition fees.

A made a small comparation between Unique Melody Jetblack and Craft Ears Omnium in another thread.
I have listened a bit back and forth with my Jet Black and Craft Ears Omnium.
Jet Black has a bigger soundstage. Depth is about the same. Bass has better texture on the Jet Black and they have a bit more midbass and better balanced bass overall but Subbass is way better on the Omnium. Seems to reach almost endlessly low.
Mids are almost exactly the same. Vocals are a tiny bit spicier maybe on Jet Black.
Treble is more detailed on the Omnium. Best highs on an iem that I have ever heard. Never harsh. Jet Black is too soft sometimes on cymbals and other things.
Overall I would rate the Omnium as superior. At least at this moment.
Both are custom fit. Both fit perfectly but Jet Black is more comfortable. They isolate about the same. Jet Black comes with a better built cable. Its really nice.

Craft Ears states a passive isolation of -26dB on the homepage, which I can well understand. The Omnium also has at least no visible vent holes. And the sound leakage is really very good. Both are custom fit. Both fit perfectly but Jet Black is more comfortable. They isolate about the same. Jet Black comes with a better built cable. UM, on the other hand, does not provide any information on passive isolation for the JB. And there is a vent hole on the faceplate.
Is the passive isolation really equally good? And what about the sound leakage on the JB? Can other people hear what you are listening to at higher volumes?

The Omnium has a vent hole. The custom has one on the faceplate. The universal also but I cant remember where.
I think they have the same isolation but the UM blocks wind noise better but its not a huge difference. But unless its windy you wont notice.
I dont think they leak much at all.
