Cowon S9 Volume control changing tracks randomly (problem)

Hello friends.

Ever since I bought my Cowon S9 running v2.53 it has a little problem.

Occasionally adjusting volume up or down one click at a time it either changes tracks forward one or goes back to the beginning of the same track. it does this without me pressing any other buttons. It happens mostly when I'm moving up the volume fast in segments then back off one click or visa versa. If I press holding the volume button it doesn't seem to do it. 

Does anyone else have this problem? Is there any known fix for it?

I have experienced this too while using the Aero/Dark Flash music UCI. I'm not sure whether it's the UCI or the firmware.

Mine came installed with v2.53 already on it. It's been doing this since dot. Frustrating.

Anyone else?
