Cowan S9 vs Zune 120 vs Sansa (View/Fuze/Clip) vs Sony walkman

Between those p3 players which one do you think has the best sound? I am not able to find many reviews out there comparing Cowan S9 vs the others. I would be very grateful if anyone could help me out on this one, many thanks!

well I won't vote - but I would not vote for the Sony's

sound good - but not very neutral, heavy bass, and a bit bright for my liking

Just a heads up, I don't think the View has the same SQ as the Clip/Fuze, in case that's why you're considering it.

Yep, the Clip/Fuze share the same excellent SQ, the View is below those 2.

I have one and it sounds quite nice

I can't compare it to those because I haven't done any testing recently on most of those so it would be rather....foolish to comment on something that I barely tested many months ago

kinda of deciding between cowon s9 and sony x1000. not clip coz i want watch some video clips on my DAP also...

Just go with the iPod. Is sounds great, simple, and there are tons of accesories to waste more money on.

i own 12 players, and the best suitable sound quality for me is Meizu 6SL

Definitely the zune for me, I don't like to use EQ and the zune has the perfect balance for me.

I have a sony NWZ-S516 and a Sansa Clip but gave them to my little brother the other day and spoiled myself with a Cowon S9.

SQ is very nice on the S9. Not to say better then the sony but just different which is, after so many years sony, a nice fresh wind of change trough my ears.
