Considering Upgrade: How does the Reo stack up against the Triple Fi 10?

The REOs were ok for me, they offered a very nuetral sound but lacked bass, for the money they were pretty good but given the choice again I would get something else in that price range.

The TF10s have been an upgrade in every way except for fit, which due to their size takes some getting used to but after awhile you will not even notice they are there.

Did you amp them?

Even a 5-6dB bass boost will go a long way.

Minus the amp or a decent EQ (i.e. iPod) I'd agree with spider though.

To the OP:

I've owned the TF10s and currently own the RE0s, I prefer the RE0s.

Better mids that aren't muddy and the best treble of any IEM.

Not to mention the fit with the UE10s ranged from uncomfortable to "get these things out of my ears...ouch"!

RE0s don't lack bass without an amp. They just want more love- I mean, er, burn-in.
