while Comply doesn't yet recommend a tip for the GR01. is there a tip that will fit the GR01?

The nozzle is 4mm in diameter, so whichever complys have that size inner diameter should fit. Do they list them by size? If not, maybe shoot them an email and tell them you have an IEM with a 4mm nozzle diameter.

i sent them an email. for legal reasons until they test the tips they will not designate a tip to use.

Well, I would go with the t-100. I've fitted it on a 4mm nozzle before with minimum effort. Hell, I've even put a shure olive on a 4mm nozzle without decoring it - now that is tricky. As far as I know comply recommend t-100, ts-100 for 4mm nozzles too
 
edit: now that I checked some of the recommendations on their site - I guess t-200 will also work and won't be loose. So, the 100s and the 200s should work with the 100s being a tigther fit
