Clip-On Heatsink

I’m about to install a clip on heatsink on some TO-220 Mosfets. Do I need to put a heatsink compound on these or just clip on the heatsink and I’m done. Thanks for any help or advice.

Definitely put some thermal paste or at minimum thermal pad in between.
