You've got the right one selected. Try sinc-L and sinc-LI as well. I use the following:
Do I need to do anything special to hook the mojo2 to an external amp ? I guess I only need a 3.5 to RCA adapter ? Any rec ?

I bought AQ 3.5mm to 2 RCA adapter then I use my regular HiFi RCA cables connecting to my ALO Studio Six Tube Amp....

The guy that designs the device answers you directly and you don't accept his explanation. My conclusion is that this device isn't what you desire in a portable DAC/Amp

I think you misunderstood me, or maybe it's me who didn't express myself well in English, contrary to what you say, i accepted Rob's answer and understood that he had to compromise.
I hope it was understandable this time because to be able to express myself, i use the automatic translator and from Italian to English it could make some mistakes.
I love the Mojo 2 and the Poly and that's perfect for me, I would have liked this feature but that's okay.

Playing with heavy duty velcro. This is a portable device and i am treating it that way.
Steamdeck was tricky, because i need to be connected to a power source alot and only have one usb-c port. I have a dedicated android phone only with tidal to play music. Im finding the both solutions portable enough to take with me to work, sofa, bed and sometimes to the toilet.

Already exists - I mentioned Qudelix 5K
Obviously the analogue out performance of the Qudelix doesn't match Mojo2 but that wasn't the point.
Point was a better way to set EQ , for next product

If they release Mojo3 without wireless I would never buy Chord products again.

Nothing special, just find a 3.5mm to RCA adapter and run your standard patch cables to the amp. Attached some pics. Mine is an Audioquest right angle one. I think I got it from Amazon. Just need to set the volume to dark purple so you get about 3Volts out. Just depends on your Amp.

Did you try another cable? I am using the Mojo2 with my laptop, office desktop, iPhone, DAP for several days with ~5 hours per day but luckily I have not experienced this issue. I also owned Hugo2 and the classic Mojo before but never experienced this issue.
I know it is a common issue that many people have faced and I have read almost all of them, so I think the cable could be a reason for this error encountered when losing the data synchronization.
