I love anything expensive from Switzerland and Belgium, but think Kraft's Milka deserves honorable mention on the low end of the market. It is both affordable and great tasting!

It used to be that a "small" bar was $0.05, though it wasn't particularly small. The "big" bar was $0.10. And the giant brick of Hershey's (which must have been about 8 oz.) was $0.29. Even adjusted for inflation, those were pretty good prices!
