Hi everyone.

Could someone recommend me a good chi-fi closed back for around $200.

I read the Blon B8's were good, but I can't find them in stock anywhere. I can find the Sivga sv021 in stock, but reviews didn't seem as good as the Blon B8/Sivga sv006 (are they the same?).

Looks like you're already onto this a little with the Takstar Pro 82 v2, but after that the next step is probably the AKG K371.

These are in consideration as a M40x upgrade. I've listened to enough tracks with IEMs and decided I like a V shape tuning. Apparently the M40x are V-shaped too hence why I like them. I'm also considering the DT 770 Pro 80ohm (apparently V shaped) and the AKG K371. The K371 has been recommended to me a lot but it's a flatter tuning apparently.

B8 is slightly U-shaped:

If you'll take the 400-500Hz point (where bass meets the mids) as reference, from 20Hz to 10Khz the response doesn't change more than 5dB in either direction.
Amazing headphones with amazing sound.

M40x has more mid-bass accent, with uneven lower bass:

K371 is a relaxed Harman Neutral, which has more bass than the M40X, which is close to a flat neutral due to its bass shelf.

V-shape signatures have a dip in the mids compared to that, which the M40X mostly avoids.

You'll love the K371, it has de-throned the M50X and the Sennheiser closed backs in one move.

If you'll buy B8 and Takstar Pro 82 v2, it will cover practically every music genre, just make sure the rest of your sound chain is up to the same standard.
