Dark meat all the time.

I don't like light meat.

Definately the leg. Breast meat is so dry, and it feels like you are chewing paper. But the leg... it is so juicy... :p~~

And I remember in Vietnam, prices for chicken part were the wings are most expensive, then the leg and the breast is last. So the leg is more appreciated than the breast. In Finland however, the breast is more expensive.

Not when fried.

Only when overcooked. Most people cook chicken too long. It's tender and delicate when done right.

I prefer the breast, but will happily eat the legs, thighs, and wings.

I like slightly spicy food (indian food especially), and that tends to use breast.

Depends on the application, but in general I prefer breast meat. Dark meat is generally better in stews, soups, etc. and sandwiches, but the lighter, sweeter meat of the breast is better for general all-around consumption, especially so when eaten by itself.

I much prefer the flavour of the dark meat - actually tastes like, well... chicken.

Most of the rest of my family prefers breast. Go figure nature or nurture.

I think this thread needs a few more breast jokes.
