For ME a transport is any device that transfer files/data from a source to another device.
The source could be from a different media/storage device(ie tape, cd, dvd, SD/microSD, built in memory etc.) or network.

One could also argue that a "transport" is the medium through which a package, in this case data, is transferred between two points, i.e., any form of interconnect, be it physical or not, but I'm sure some would say that's nonsense.

My definition of a transport is a piece of digital something that doesn't have analog out. I know that definition breaks for "turntable" but you can't win 'em all.

I'm not sure that i was expecting a discussion about the word "transport", i have solved my problem by retrieving my ibasso dx120 from my wife (who has decided to use her ipad instead) and using this with a coax cable to connect o my mojo.

This all works well
