and also they gave some ''number''   9.8ma/9.7ma and 2,600gm/2,600gm

could someone explain me what are those number?

I believe the 9.8mA is the cathode measurement and the 2600 is transconductance.
I would take the measurements with a grain of salt though. Especially if your buying tubes from e-pay. You buy from there, you roll the dice.

This is probably more than you would ever want to know about tubes. http://mysite.du.edu/~etuttle/electron/elect27.htm

Low noise has a lot more to do with the amp than the tube.

If you truly want low noise with tubes, then you want chokes and a very well filtered power supply.

The finest tubes won't stand a chance against a crappy power supply.

I know everyone talks about NOS tubes, etc., but you need a lot of iron and good capacitors for a good power supply. You either have to buy a good amp or build your own. The tube doesn't matter nearly as much as the circuit does, and you will have to pay for a quality power supply, whether you order it or build it yourself.

It could mean that the tube tester used has a noise test which the tube passed.
The only way to evaluate any tube properly is your amp.
