Hi all wondering what KBPS cd's are. I would rip them with EAC, exact audio copy, and am wonder if it is worth it. I need to know if it is higher than 256 kbps

16/44 WAV files are 1411 kbps.

Yes, that's for all CD's.

They're uncompressed audio data, with a sample rate of 44.1kHz and a bit depth of 16. Multiply those two together, and then multiply that by two for two channels, and you get 1411kbps. That's all bitrate is for uncompressed audio, it's the product of sample rate, bit depth, and channels.
 
For compressed files, bitrate is totally meaningless unless it is used to compare between bitrates of the same lossy codec.

My FLAC files vary lower than that

It doesn't lose anything. Hence the name EXACT Audio Copy.
