CRA still have edx pro bloodline tuning with cleaner bass and slightly accented treble
But different driver material means the details of the sound will fair bit different
yes, agree. In my case a sound a bit different on high-mids (CRA a bit more bright). I think that a filter in CRA does a good sound tuning who do not like a agressive mids/higs

CRA isn't here to impress others. It was built to indulge. Thick bass. Dreamy treble. Ethereal mids. I'm loving everything about it, but it's like a private affair: if you think about it too much, the magic disappears.
Only audiophiles think about the hardware they're listening to. Screw them.

Just recieved the CRA and after listening to it for half and hour out of the box imo it is worth the hype.

However, when the 5khz peak rears it head in tracks it is really noticeable and it'll sound brittle and sibilant.

On tracks where the 5khz peak isn't noticeable, the bass presentation is addictive with GREAT rumble, vocals are just right and treble extension is really good as well.

This is a giant killer no doubt... if only they could tame the glaring 5khz spike.

As it stands, the sibilance kills the enjoyment in quite a number of songs.
You're being too polite. What's the percent of songs?
