As the father of one, I'm also a simpleton. So as the father of quads, you're excused.
😁 I just want something that works. I don't go too far into the gadgetry of it all.

Tested charging N8ii, not able to charge rapidly via PD charging. Only able to charge rapidly via QC 3.0. Looks like 30W max they can support.

When charging from low battery I draw 15-18w. And during burn in, 4,5w at all time.
As long as it is on surface it can dissipate heat, it is ok

Good morning !!

Looks good, but proximity of HD820 to cake and potentially spilling drink is giving me low-level anxiety.

If you haven’t tried the amazingly realistic and be teleported right into the middle front row yet, try this recordings, N8ii, breathes taking 👍, this isn’t simply digital music anymore.

Cake for breakfast?
Cake and coffee ! Not normally for breakfast, but having N8ii and a cake is the saying of “having your cake, coffee, and eating it too”. Life is good

Please refer to our previous explanation HERE.

The N8ii can only take up to 18W charging in both QC3.0 or PD. That puts N8ii into PD 2.0 charging support, and it won't work with PC 3.0 or above.

This is the information dispalyed when we connect N8ii to PD 2.0 charger that support 9V2A and 12V1.5A:

Not valid!
I am browsing my collection and suddenly I need to adjust the volume.
Why in the heck should I see this annoying screen popping up?
No other player that I have tested does it.
What is the point of it anyway?
I haven't seen that happen before on any Cayin DAP including the N8ii, and I have had many.
Maybe a defective unit?
Also try the firmware update if you haven't already

Defective, why?
Maybe you didn't understand well, I am talking about the full screen that pops up when adjusting the volume.
Anyway not much of an issue but I don't like to be disrupted like this when I am browsing my collection.
