To carry it around the RU7 is not really the most suitable, if I were you I would take a RU7 (mainly for desktop use) and then an EPZ TP50 for all other uses (including desktop) because it consumes much less and has a signature completely different sound from the RU7. If instead you want something that is good for both desktop and mobile use I would take the Astell & Kern AKHC4, sound very close to that of the RU7 but very low consumption.
