Here's one thing that troubles me. I've got the e-mail confirmation, and I used to be able to see my order on the site, but now it doesn't show up..

I assume you mean worth it in sound quality and I am with you taking it on faith and the feedback from fellow headfiers, but this thing is THE swiss army knife of headphone amps. It takes single ended and balanced inputs. It puts out out single ended, balanced, or portable balanced outs. That right there made it worth it for me. I can take it traveling or insert it in any/every hifi setup in the house.  I'm thinking Dr. Cavalli has done us a big favor at this price. My order went through at 12:13 CST.
