well, you could start off your courtship by spelling her name correctly. "kari byron".

she and scotty were smoking hot together on that show. the fact that kari is also a redhead and an artist just sweetens the deal.

Ok ok my bad... I've never seen it spelled out before... anyway the point is...shes amazing.

"that's right, to get erasers put on their heads" "oooh, that reminds me of music!" plus mr. rogers would play his own music that followed or "mickey-moused" the action on screen; never been equaled.

I don't know Red. I think you underestimate Lyman. This could wake a sleeping nerd giant, but his would have made a better voice for Vader.

Now, Fred Rogers? He invented soporific; he's warm milk and an Ambien.

She's cute and smart.

How many dorks' pelvises do you think have been rubbed against monitors over this picture:

she made quite an--shall we say--impression on her first show, where they cast her buttocks in ballistics gel. her enthusiam is great, and whenever there is an explosion she squeals and jumps like a little girl.

did you see the episode with the train backwash? kari was wearing a VERY short skirt, and every time the train blew past it flew up! sadly the editors of the show cut around her undies.

i hated her maxim shoot. then again, i hate maxim. they airbrushed her personality away, and completely ignores her sexy-nerd image, substituting a generic red-head in red lingerie. her nerdieness and cute-not-sultry image was completely ingnored by the photographer.

for example, this photo could have made for a very interesting photo shoot:

Aw man, no i havent seen that episode with the skirt. Maybe i'll get lucky and catch it at some point.

Also, you hit the nail right on the head about that maxim shoot. I didnt like it at all because of exactly what you said. Damn shame.

yes it was.

see, she has a great smile, and lovely freckled skin. maxim airbrushed (photoshopped) her into one of their plastic perfect models, which ruins her whole appeal: she is really one of the guys, except with breasts.

It makes you wonder ***seriously*** if anyone employed there has talent, soul, or eyesight.

Back to the thread topic.....

I think Cash Cab is OK, but it's entertainment value is largely in imagining yourself as a potential contestant and getting a big hunk of walking around money for NYC, not so much the show itself. The camera angles and video quality are naturally not all that great, so the show doesn't look very exciting. Plus, there is a randomness to the quality of the guests and of the questions that makes the show sort of hit and miss.

maxim is an awful magazine, but then my standards are pretty high.

kari is an artist too. they should let her do her own idea for a photo shoot, maybe some sexy shots of her working on her sculptures, all dirty with her hair pulled back, wearing a smock and little else, working the material with her well-toned body flexing with the effort...

/i'll be in my bunk
