I use the Westone clamshell zipper case that came with my W1s. Its the perfect size. I clip it to a belt loop near the front of my pants. Right now it holds extra tips, a volume modifier, as well as the monitors themselves. Perfect size until I start traveling again. Otterbox or Hippocase that stuff.

The case that came with my never-used Clix Dock is about the same size as the CK10 case, but fits the Clip+ and my IEMs prefectly.

Nice.

I have alternates that I'm trying out. A Sony BT headset came with a very nice soft bag which is just big enough for IEMs + cord, but I have to sort of bunch them up and force them inside.

I also have a flat Body Glove soft foam case with a spring opening along the top, long edge ... easier to put them in this. Both fit into the portable HDD case. I'll have to see if my Nano and one of these fit into my Cross PDA case, which is very stylish, and quite durable (hard plastic case with aluminum outer shell.
