I have owned the JH-16's for a few months now and so far, I've been carrying them in the provided pouch and putting them in my pocket.  Needless to say, they offer no protection at all.  Can anyone recommend a case that would offer decent protection and be portable enough to fit in some jeans pocket?  I was checking out the JLab JBuds case on Amazon:

any opinions on them?

Thanks!

I think it'll be hard to find a carrying case witch actually fits in your jeans pocket. Personally I use carrying cases from eBay, extremely good value and fast and reliable seller:

They won't fit in your jeans pocked though, or at least not comfortable, as I tried it for you. But then again I doubt the JBuds case will fit better.

Ultimate Ears has a wonderful case. Look here, it's called the "Ultimate Ears Metallic Crush-Proof Case". I'm a big fan of it, it's well constructed with a solid exterior and some nice velvet-ish lining on the inside.

I've been able to fit it in some (not all) of my pants pockets, but I guess that comes down to how tight your pants are. It does help that the exterior is metal, which helps it slide easier.

It's a bit pricier than the other options listed so far, but if you've spent the cash for a pair of JH-16s, $20 isn't that much for a case that will help preserve it.

How about Monitor savers from Westone. It is 8 bucks and will also wick away moisture.. They are not pretty but very functional
