I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but I can no longer see the names of who gave rep on my (or any) posts.  The email I get says "Another user has given you rep".  Here's a screen shot of how it looks:
 

 
I asked @AxelCloris if he was having the same issue and he confirmed.
 
EDIT - I'm using Windows 7 and the latest stable Chrome browser.

I was actually just about to ask the same thing. Is this a bug or is this intentional?
 
This is happening to me with both IE11 and Firefox 37.0.2 on Win 8.1.

From my perspective it looks to be intentional.

It's clearly a sever-side issue because the emails aren't showing the names either.  That makes it seem intentional.  But when I mentioned it to @warrenpchi, he was unaware of the change and suggested opening a bug report.
