I recently got a PM from someone wanting to purchase my turntable setup, but when I tried to reply to their message it said they have PMs turned off or can't receieve PMs...I don't understand why he would send me one, if he had them turned off. Does anyone know what might be going on?

Maybe their inbox was full? You could try emailing them.

It gives me the "this user has chosen not to receive emails" message when I try to email.

That generally means the user has decided not to receive e-mails. Try a pm.
