I know this may sound stupid but I just pulled off the pleather pads and can't put on the velour ones one. I'm so frustrated to the point where I just want to them rip them apart. I just took them out of the box and can't even listening to them yet!! arrhhhhh!!

Just take your time and relax don't become frustrated. You need to work them on slowly starting at one edge.

If you stress out take a break though once you learn it will be like riding a bike.

All good. I managed to put both earpads on by inverting the edges then folding the the edges back over the cup.
