My bags are packed, I'm ready to go!

Just put all my gear in my new custom cases from @Visveswaran Umashankar and his Alt-R brand of cases. I wanted them in black leather and he delivered! They are beautiful, functional and sturdy with amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Finally, a way to transport it all in style! Thanks, Vishy, you'll make me look good at CanJam! Excited to see everyone soon!

Holy crap man. You’re traveling James Bond style. I expect one of those boxes is caviar and there champagne in a lower compartment..

Those cases are amazing. Look forward to seeing them at SoCal.

Is the event sold out?
The best way to get tickets is buying online - https://canjamglobal.com/shows/socal2024/

At check-in they'll scan the associated barcode you get in email, have it ready on your phone, and they you'll get a wristband corresponding to whether you're a 1 day or 2 day attendee.

This is my first canjam this weekend. How are IEMs demoed since fit is so crucial? Do they help you fit with what they have and clean them between users? Bring own? I have a few I’ve brought but can’t say I find those work that well for me. I’m curious about trying some but have been turned off trying to get a good fit on the one pair I tried last year and sold them. Figure I’m in a good place to chat w vendors about finding something I like AND get a good ear fit.

Btw per a suggestion in this thread, I did pack some over ear isolation cups.

I always bring my own tips, but many vendors do provide tips, usually just one type. They are all very busy and nobody will have time to adjust the IEMs for you, and all the IEMs are without tips by default so you don't have to worry about sharing earwax with others.
