Anyone else listen to the Feliks Audio Envy with a pair of LCD-5’s by any chance? May I have your thoughts/comments please?
I did! They sounded pretty good, but to be honest it was really hard to hear given the noise on the show floor. The Envy is one hell of an amp, but I ultimately preferred what I heard (not the LCD-5, unfortunately) on the WA23 to what I heard on the Envy. Again, though, take this with a huuuuuuuge grain of salt, since the Woo Audio room was a lot quieter than the show floor, which was the only place I heard the Envy. Once my WA23 arrives, I'll let you know how it sounds with the LCD-5.Anyone else listen to the Feliks Audio Envy with a pair of LCD-5’s by any chance? May I have your thoughts/comments please?
They are pretty good for their price range and feature set if you are in the apple ecosystem. The noise cancelation is really impressive. I guess they didn't have time to set up a booth at CanJam tho.Excited to try them! I love me some slam.
Yes... I agree. I heard the Envy with LCD-5's but it was amongst the very first combos I heard on arrival as I was aiming for particular units and headphones and was moving really fast between all as my time frame was short for the day I had there. In the end I listened to loads and I should have made physical notes whilst going along. I was impressed with the Envy.... so much so that when I came home I enquired upon an order with a Dealer here in the UK who offered a real killer price for a Performance with American Walnut. This will also be used with the Expanse I purchased which was a fab combo with the Envy. I was just asking again to make sure that my memory served me correct. I love both the LCD-5 and Expanse but my Headphone Amp is currently the missing link to make these two 'sing' to their max. I was very tempted by the WA23 Luna but that initial price was not quite playing ball with me. I am even contemplating the Focal Utopia's later on in the year and believe the Envy is a good match for those as well. Probably just answering my own questions now. Just need some assurance that my choice is correct due to the large 'splash of cash' being made.I did! Yeah, I wound up buying the WA23 after listening to the ZMF Atrium on it, which was simply amazing. That purchase then precluded me buying the Envy.Yes... I agree. I have made several spontaneous purchases in this hobby, but never at that price point...Yeah, I wound up buying the WA23 after listening to the ZMF Atrium on it, which was simply amazing. That purchase then precluded me buying the Envy.

they have much better isolation from outside sound which makes them sound punchierThey sound surprisingly good compared to gen 1 imo.
Airpods pro are good and are priced well. They sound surprisingly good compared to gen 1 imo.
Woo always get a quieter room. CanJam is a great place to experience Woo amp but unfortunately not so much for amps which are displayed in common hallI did! Yeah, me neither, and I definitely didn't go there expecting to! But, when I heard it with the Atrium, I was completely hooked.I have made several spontaneous purchases in this hobby, but never at that price point...

Yeah, it was really nice getting to try it in such a quiet space. I also tried the Zähl HM1 in the main hall and that was similarly incredible, but hard to really test it due to the noiseWoo always get a quieter room.
