Just ordered RE252s and am concerned they won't work well. If not, pls recommend a good, but inexpensive, portable amp. Thanks.
Can the ipod 120gb or comparable drive a 150 ohm phone like the Head-Direct RE252s?

or maybe it was a typo and he meant the RE262s.

Well probably meant the RE262 which is 150 ohm.

Yes, I am an idiot. I ordered the 252s and thought for some reason that they were 150ohm. Coincidentally, before I read your replies, I also bought an ibasso T4. Any idea if the amp will make a difference with them anyway? If not I guess I am sending it back.

The T4 isn't that great of an amp and may or may not be an improvement depending on source
