I'm getting it as a gift for someone, and in my country both of these headphones are the same price. Therefore I don't know which is better and which one I should get for him. Please do not tell me to spend more and get an M50x because I already own those and they are way out of my budget for a gift. Thanks.

I actually have no idea what genre this person listens to. Best to have something that is all-rounder, similar to the M50.

I don't know what factors make songs sound more 'rich' and nice to listen to, but that would be great as I don't think the person I'm giving the headphones to knows how to appreciate the accuracy or monitor headphones and would just want his music to sound richer
