I am having a headache with this stupid thing. I have downloaded the foo_out_wasapi DLL file but I have no idea what to do with it or how to open it. I use Foobar as my media player and my DAC is the Musiland monitor 02 US.

place the wasapi dll in components folder.

file->preferences->playback->output- select wasapi(musiland)

That's the problem. I can't find any components folder.

Go find where u installed foobar. Probably, in program files, then inside the foobar folder you will find the components folder. Place the wasapi in the components folder

C:\Program Files\foobar2000\components - On 32-Bit systems
C:\Program Files (x86)\foobar2000\components - On 64-Bit systems

Extract the DLL into that folder and then do as gurubhai said.

There must be some problem with my computer but I have installed foobar like 10 times trying to find that folder and it does not exist for me. Here is all I can find:
