Can No Longer Access FIIO M11 SD Files on Computer

Used to be able to see all my music files when I connected my M11 to my PC. This feature no longer works Tried downloading & reinstalling the Samsung Mobile file numerous times with no resolution to the problem. Anyone has any thoughts on hoe to fix this?

Windows PC? You could try removing the USB Hubs from Device Manager, rebooting, and let them reinstall the default drivers.
