Can the iPhone 3G output a digital signal out through it's 30 pin dock connection? If so, then I'd like to send the signal to an RSA Predator. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Yes.

First, you provide it as input to a device that can output digital...

The iPhone are not listed among the supported units on the Wadia webpage.

touch and iphone both require different LODs. The slightly different pin outs probably make the iphone not compatible

Its a shame really!
But hopefully Wadia release an iTransport with iPhone support in the not too distant future.
