My UE18 Pro is a perfect fit first try. Can I get Ultimate Ears to release ear impression info to JH Audio? Still deciding between JH13 Pro and JH16 Pro, but leaning towards 13 Pro at the moment. Just waiting for JH16 reviews to come out to make the final decision.

Your other thread that you created recently you stated that more drivers means a better iem. If you really believed that , then why would you be considering the JH13 when you can get more drivers in the JH16?

@googleli: call/email UE to see if they can. worst case you get new impressions or send them your UE18's if you can handle not having them for a while.

I'd just send my UE18 to JH and ask them to ship them back as soon as their done with the scan.

I asked UE to send me back my impressions and then I forwarded them to JH Audio. Took about 3 days but faster than getting new impressions or sending your 18s to JH Audio for a week or so.

Just ask UE to send your impressions back.

X2, UE will send back your impression if you requested. They have the impression scanned and stored in their computer already.

But that was a while ago - I sent UE my impressions in January for my 18 Pro, I heard that the impressions would shrink?

You could contact UE and ask, they might use the same system, who knows. Otherwise I'd send in the customs that work for them to scan.

Get some paper cups, some plaster, and a little saran wrap and make molds of your 18pros. You could probably ask JH what type of material to use to make new ear impressions with.
