Can I Exchange The Ear Cup From A Supraaural To Circumaural

Can I switch the ear cup on the Sennheiser HD 238 Precision on-ear stereo headphones with open-air design to a more circumural ear cup? It says they feature exchangeable earpads on the source.ca and sennheiser's website. If it has that can I switch the ear pads out with anything.
