Hello gang, I'd love to attend this meet. I'm newish on the headfi scene, I come from a hifi background, but my needs have changed so I will be looking to drop a chunk of coin on a good headphone setup. At the moment all I can really bring is a pair of akg k550's and a Fiio e17, also I can bring an iPad with camera out and a selection of tunes.

the idea is to record it on paper and shred it a say 3 days after the event.
They kinda do the same for say RSL clubs, except there it's permanently stored and most likely on some insecure server

I burnt thoe records after three days, shredding was not secure enough. And I thought recording of ID was less invasive than photocopying.

The point of ID to attend this meet is to prove identity so that someone doesn't gatecrash, right?
 
So if my registration form lists my name, and then the organizer visually checks my ID on entry to confirm that my details are correct... it's served its purpose.

I would like the meet to be of size between 25-45. Note because members leave early and come late even I it is 45-50 members, we will at any time only have 35-40. If 25 members come then we will only have at any time around 15-20.
