lol, the pic was from a tv programme about people with OCD, specifically hoarding (ie being unable to throw away anything) that guy was so bad the courts awarded an ASBO (anti social behaviour order) against him due to complaints from neighbours about the smell and the council eventually ordered in the environmental health to clear out the place. actually all a bit sad
^No wonder the photo looks so "professional".
