Anagram technology at basement prices - and that in a CDP that can also serve as a stand-alone DAC!

For you not familiar with this Swiss high-end company, their client list includes Audio Aero, Nagra, Audio Mecca, Camelot Technology, Manley etc. Their digital audio products are regarded by many to be the best available.

My wet dream is to assemble a DIY DAC incorporating their digital modules, which they made available to the public earlier this year. Here's two links:

They will also introduce their own take on a digital amplifier later this year with a direct digital input, eliminating the need for a DAC. Expect this to blow ICEpower, Tripath, Hypex, NuForce etc out of the water...

The 840C has been anounced (again

) in the recent issue of HiFichoice. A review should be coming soon. According to my local distributor, it should be ariving in Asia within 2 months time. Could this be the giant killer we are all waiting for?
