I'm listening to Kelly Sweet's album "We Are One." Her voice and her singing are very good.

One of the songs is her excellent version of "Now We Are Free," the song from Gladiator by Lisa Gerrard and Hans Zimmer.

I got the CD with two bonus tracks.

For some reason, when I listen to Taylor Swift (light country) with my tube amp, her voice just hits the spot.

Look her up on Amazon music, and listen to the samples. Excellent CD IMO.

Curious to see what others have to say.. I like female vocalists far better than male vocalists.

i just downloaded and listened to her version of "dream on" and it just blew me away! very rarely do i like a song that much on the first listen. i may have a new cd tomorrow.

What type of music does she sing? It's not my thing, at the moment, however I am giving it a fair chance to grow on me, before I buy it.


Is there any way to sample the full song at cd/near cd quality? Amazon compresses the heck out of these songs and makes it a little difficult to hear her voice and instruments.

Meh, her voice is too synthesized/processed.

I do like the Dream On remake.

Also try Olivia Ong's "Fall In Love With Olivia."

It's not as processed as Kelly Sweet's "We Are One."

listened to the 30 sec samples on amazon of "we are one." nice voice. maybe a bit too slow paced for me. still - may check it out.
