Hey guys I'd like to hear your experiences and hopefully the charges which you have incurred, I have just sent back my UM2's and have been told that the drivers are on one side are out of wack and need replacing.

Now this all seems fine UNTIL I'm told it's going to cost $80, which doesn't sound to bad then BAM apparently the shipping is $40..

I don't know how it's even possible since I sent them for $4.35 WITH insurance(Insured for $200) & tracking. Do I have a right to be outraged in regards to the shipping costs or do all of you pay the same?

Thanks

$40 is a tad steep. I bet the are fully insuring via UPS. Would run a bit more.

Request them to send via USPS in a flat-rate box? Fully-insured should not run more than $15.

I'm sorry, but USPS Express (overnight) with insurance for $200 would be less than $25... This sounds like a hose-job. I would get on the phone and go past every person who said no until I got someone who said yes. Unacceptable.

.... we are talking about something shipping between 2 points in the CONUS, aren't we?
