I hate cleaning the siphon afterwards though. I'm thinking of switching to cold brews, so i can make all the coffee I need for a day. Does anyone have a cold brewer they recommend?

I used to make a Swill decaffeinated process cold brew which worked well.

Only the dreaded instant coffee which isn't even worth the effort to make.
There should be some form of severe penalty exacted upon the inventers and perpetrators/manufacturers of instant coffee.
This is a real crime against all those lovely innocent coffee beans who have been tortured and exploited beyond the cultural norms of acceptable civilised human behavior......!!!!!!
