Taco Bell recently upgraded the drink in their Cravings Deal from small to medium. My Baja Blast Mountain Dew from last night is still half full. Gonna finish it now!

Edit: Guess it went a little too flat. Dizzy now...

  In Australia, it's summer

My best friend lives in Australia. On a side note, he vacations to Japan quite frequently.

Thats cool that they upgraded the drink size. I'll probably be going there soon then.

Yeah, fountain drinks tend to go flat overnight. :D

I couldn't tell you. Louisiana just won't make up its mind, it keeps swinging between mid 40s and windy and high 60s and muggy. Sometimes it's good coffee drinking weather, sometimes it's too warm for a jacket but too cold for no jacket. All I know is that song it will make up its mind and it will either be extremely cold (to me) or just muggy and awful. Hopefully it will be cold this year.

It was awful hot this morning, must've been 19 Deg. F. It's supposed to hit 60 on Sunday, go figure.

Here's the forecasted temperature here for the next week. (Highs and lows for each day.)

So what do you all do most often while you're drinking coffee, soda or other forms of caffeine?

I always listen to music and usually do research on audio gear and other random topics. haha

The high today is 77 here, the low is 34... like I said, Louisiana just can't make up its mind.
I'd rather be here than there though. A high of 11? Crazy!

I have a bottle of water downstairs that I use exclusively for tooth brushing purposes...and last night when I went to retrieve it, it was completely frozen...and that's inside the house!

You should close the window and turn up the thermostat.

The windows are closed. My brother (who owns the house) is keeping the furnace at minimum this year to cut costs. I use a portable heater in my room. I spend most of my time there so it's not a problem for me.

I'd ask how low the thermostat is set but I'd be afraid to since your bottle of water froze.

Usually I just try not to fall back asleep. :D
Other than that I study, do homework, and both of those go great with music.
Now I'm listening to the August Burns Red's Christmas album Sledding Hill. Some great Christmas music!

haha. Yesterday I discovered that when the battery on my amp begins to drain, it sounds like ghosts: echoey with weak bass.

Roasted my first batch of coffee at home today.

Set off all my smoke detectors.

I have some fine tuning to do

Did the firemen enjoy the coffee?

I have an interesting loosely related story. Back in 2007 I first moved to Michigan to live with my father. He traveled the world for his job and had to leave immediately after. If I recall correctly, it was the very day after that this happened. I awoke to the shrill cry of a fire alarm. Freaking out, I ran to ascertain its source. The furnace in the basement was on fire! I rushed back upstairs and called 911. I was in such panic that I don't even remember how much I told them. My priority was to get back to the basement and put that fire out. I was afraid it was going to explode! It was my first and only time using a fire extinguisher. I was only down there for a few seconds, but it was enough for the smoke to get in my lungs and make me cough badly for the next hour or two. When the police officer arrived moments later, he rapidly knocked on the door while trying to look inside. He didn't seem to be sure of the situation. When I explained, he was very helpful and talked with me until the fire truck came. I had to drink lots of milk to make the coughing subside. Turns out that furnace was very old and is illegal to buy now because it's so dangerous, though you can still keep ones you already have. But thankfully, it wasn't actually on fire per se; the fire was just coming out. I don't recall the details of how it worked. Anyway...months later, the same thing happened again, except worse. This time, the basement flooded in addition to the furnace fire. I went outside to meet the cop who, this time, was an older and more laid-back fellow. He walked slowly and talked casually, yet seemed to be more experienced. Once I showed him the fire (we had to peek around the corner of the stairs due to all the water), he confidently went to the furnace controls and turned it off, which made the fire stop as well. It didn't even occur to me to do that! That's what panic does to ya, I guess. The firemen's boots trailed water all over the house for obvious reasons. My father was, again, away at some other country at the time, so I called to inform him of the bad news. He instructed me to remove certain items from the basement. He had giant boots in the closet, which were well suited to this occasion. Of course, I neglected to fulfill this task to his satisfaction, as I soon discovered from his fury upon his return. I don't remember if it was he or the firemen who installed a hose to move the water from the basement to outside, which took weeks. Years later, I encountered a fireman at a McDonald's. I mentioned the incidents to him and he commented that he was indeed there at the house. haha

...And to magically make this post about caffeine:
