Me want! They take matcha tea seriously there it seems. For me it's high Japanese grade or nothing.
If people are intimdated, you can also buy a macha shaker. Only thing to be mind-full of is, when you disolved he matcha in water, water must be a precise temperature not to burn the matcha (as it's not toasted like other type of tea, it's grounded).
If you add any type of milk (cow, soy, almond, etc..), and a bit of a sweetner, you have yourself a matcha lotte. And it taste pretty good. I think matcha lotte tastes best with soy milk. You can add the milk after the match has been desolved in the shaker, and pour it in, and shake again! Really simple.
