hi there
I have a pair of HD25's and the cable is frying. I've already replaced the connector once but now the part of the cable near the earbuds is also producing intermittent sound.

Can anyone recommend somebody who can do these repairs? Maybe even somebody who can replace the cable with an all new cable?

You can buy a new cable straight from most Sennheiser websites. Have a good look at how the cable is connected before replacing, unscrew the cover on the cup, slowly peel current cable and simply place the new one.
