Cable for IEM with adapter

I have few IEM's and I want to buy cable with modular plugs 4.4/3.5,
f.ex. ARTTI WAVE A8 or A11

I was thinking to buy cable with QDC plugs and for this adapter

to fit the headphones type. Do such adapters deteriorate the sound, disturb laying the cable around the ear etc.?
I have IEM's headphones as in the signature below.

If an adapter or cable has a solid connection it won't affect the sound. I've used many multi kits from AliExpress on higher end like Moondrop Variations and couldn't tell any difference. Multi kits are so handy to save wear on fragile IEM connectors.
