I have a nuforce icon hdp, headphones are Grado Rs1i and Akg k701. Can some one gave some suggest wich one should I buy? Amp wa6se or headphone T1? Thank you.

Why not something on opposite ends? Seeing how you already have the K701 and RS1i, try something like an organic sounding LCD2 rev2? Or something less dark sounding like the HE-500. Planar Magnetics (also known as orthodynamics, but I prefer the term Planar Magnetic as the terminology is more correct in a scientific manner) are very well performing designs and shouldn't be overlooked.

But is my hdp enough to driver the he500 and LCD2 ?
Is woo audio wa6-se can make the sound much better than my hdp?

you can check the hpd thread but I'm sure it can.  they don't need as much power as people say and you still get a feel for how they sound and it will make a bigger difference than another amp - unless you're just ready to move up to a fancy tube amp and simply want one.  I have no idea how the hpd is but if it's a good sounding amp then new phones will always make a bigger difference (in my opinion).
