That's an angiogram, not a stress test you are describing. The risks (cardiac rupture, heart attack, haemorrhage, stroke, etc.) would outway the potential minimal benefits in a young fit person. The cholesterol deposits are built up in the body's arteries over years usually from the age of about 25. If the cholesterol level is normal and there is no family history then I can see no reason to even consider taking the risk at the age of 19.
